<br />bequeath unto my said wife my home.being Lot seven (7),of Block Eighteen (18),Arnold & Abbott's
<br />Addition to Grand Island Nebraska to haves "nd to hold the same during the term of her natural

<br />inafter named, a.nd do hereby also give and bequeath to my said wife all of the household furnitur4e
<br />in said home owned by me,save and except that each of the four children hereinafter named shall
<br />have the right to select any certain article therein as a keepsake or remembrance of our home.
