Shafer departed this life intdstate at his home in said Adams County, on <br />the 5th day of .Tune, 1921, and was at the time of his death a. resident of and domiciled in the said <br />County of Adams and State of Nebraska. <br />3. That can the 15th day of Tuly,1921,a petition was filed in this court praying that Letters' <br />of Administration be issued to William E. Shafer, upon the goods, rights, chattels and credits of <br />said Oliver B. Shafer, dec eas ed. <br />4.That on the 11th day of Tuly.1921."fter notice thereof had been duly given according to la�v <br />a hearing was had and .William E. Shafer was duly appointed administrator of the estate of said <br />Oliver B. Shafer deceased.upon his taking and filing oath ad required by law and filing bond in <br />the sure of $30.000.00 with sureties to be 4pproved by this Court. <br />5. That on the 18th day of Tuly.1921.Willi,am E. Shafer duly qualified as administrator by ta.ki g <br />nd filing oath and filing bond as directed by the Court,a.nd then became,has been ever since and <br />is now the duly appointed.qualifi ed and acting administrator of said estate. <br />6.
