<br />On consideration of the petition and the testimony,the Court finds that the said Jesse C.
<br />Blurk�rd depu.rted this life at his residence in Wood River,Hall County,Nebraska, on the 2nd day of
<br />October, 1922, that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhwbi t"nt of said county, and �
<br />that he left w last will Lind testament; that said last will and testament was duly executed
<br />as required by law; thLLt the testator at the time of making said will was of . full age, of sound
<br />mind and memory and not under restraint &nd was in Lill things competent to do-vise real and per -
<br />sonal estate,and that said last will and testament has been duly prover. and should be allowed
<br />iris and for the last will and testament of said Jesse C- Burkerd.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that said last will fond testament was duly executed. C
