<br />The Court further finds that the said Effie Whitford Gelow,aeparted this life at her home
<br />in H11 County, Nebraska, on the 29th day of April,1922; tha=t she was immediately preceding her x
<br />death a, resident and inhabitant of said County, and that she died intestate, leaving surviving
<br />her 4Ls her heirs at law and her only heirs at law,John E.GBlow,her husband and Sarah Whitford,heir
<br />mothr; that she left no child surviving her and that her father preceded her in death.
<br />The Court finds that the said Effie Whitford Gelow died seized in fee of the following des -
<br />cribed real esta.te:The North One -half (NJ) of the South -east Quarter (8 4) of Section Five (5),
<br />Township Twenty -one (21), in Range Fifty -.two (52) West of the Sixth P.M., Less the right of way
<br />of the C.B.&q.R.R.Co.,in Scotts Bluff County,Nebraska.
<br />Fractional Lot Nine (9) in Block Seven (7) of Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Isla.nd,in Hall County,Na rask4,and its compliment being so much of Fra.ctionai Lot Seven (7)
<br />and Eight (8 ), in Block Twenty -one (21) of Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,as will make one full inside lot having a frontage of 52 feet on Division Street
<br />and ta, depth of 132 feet as shown by the record plate of said Addition.
<br />The Vndivided one -half part of Lot Nineteen (19) in Block Two (2) of the Original Town of
<br />Hampton,as shown by the record Plat thereof, in Hamilton County,Nebraska.
<br />It -i s therefore C insid Bred, Adjudged, amd Decreed by the Court that all of the right, ti tle
<br />and Interest of the said Effie Whitford Gelow in and to all of the above mentioned and des -
<br />cribed Real Estate did pass and descend,at her dea.th,under and by virtue of the provision of
<br />the law of descent of real estate in the State of Nebra.ska.,to the said John E.Gelow and Sarah
<br />Whitford in equal sha.res,a.n undivided one half part thereof to each of them,the said Sarah
<br />Whitford,however, taking subject to the homestead right of the said John E.Gelow in and to the
<br />property situate in Grand Isla.nd,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds from the files and the evidence that since the death of the said Effie Whitford
<br />Gelo* the said Sarah Whitford has quit- claimed to the said John E.Gelow,all of her right,
<br />title and interest in and to all of the above mentioned and described real estate.
