<br />The Court Finds th&t notice was given to creditors as to the time allowed and place appointed,,
<br />for filing claims against the estate of Mary E. Guy, deceased, by publicati4n in the manner require4
<br />by law and by order of the Court.that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that
<br />no claims of any nature have been filed against said estate.and that all claims outstanding against
<br />said deceased.if any such exist.aret, therefore forever barred abd excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court th4t all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
<br />up any c lui ins or demands against the estate of Mary R-Guydecaused.
<br />It is further considered by the court that the report of Trell Miller,, Executor, be and the sam),e is
<br />he*4by approved and allowed "s and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust.
<br />The Court finds that the said Mary Z-Guy departed this life on the let day of .-Ouly, 1919,, that
<br />she was at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left a last
<br />will and testament which instrument eras duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this court
<br />on the 29th day of October. 1919, and recorded in this office.
<br />The Court finds that the said Mary E-Guy left surviving her as her heirs at law and only heirs
<br />at law and legatees the following named persons: George W-Miller,a son,Hattie Z-Smith,a dabghter
<br />Orin: Plummer, a, daughter and Trell Miller, a, son.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament Lots Nine (9) and
<br />Ten (10) in Block Seven (7) of Dodd and Marshall's Addition to the Village of Wood River,in Hall
<br />County. Jiebrusk4, which lots were owned in fee by the said Mary E.Guy at the time of her death,did
<br />pass and descend to Trell Diller, her son, in absolute title.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that Lots Nine and Ten in Block Seven ins
<br />Dodd & Marshall's Addition to the Village of Wood River,in Hall County,Nebraska.did pass and de&,-
<br />cend at the death of Mary E.Guy,under and by virtue of the provisions of her last will and testament,
<br />to Trell Miller,he� son.to have and to hold to him and his heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The C art further finds that the organ and feather bed belonging to said deceased passed to *id
<br />became the property of the said Trell Miller under the provisions of said last will and testament
<br />and that all other personal property passes to and becomes the property of the said Hattie Smith;,
<br />George Miller,Ora Plummer and Trell Miller in equal shares.
