<br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time allowed
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against her estate; that the time allowed for filing claims

<br />has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against sai estata,as well as the expenses
<br />of th,: .last 3ickness.taxes.and costs of administration have been paid,and that all claims out-
<br />standing against said decfeused,filed within the time allowed for filing claims are therefore for-
<br />ever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court finds that said iihima S. Johnson died on the 10th day of Rarch, 1922, that she was at
<br />the time of pier death u resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and, that s'_ze died intestate.
<br />The Court finds t.,-"t the said I-Dnma S. Johnson left surviving her as her heirs at law, and her Only
<br />heirs at law,the following named persons:Anna M.Pennington,w dwughter,Oscar Tohnson.a son,Lilliin
<br />Y- Smith,a daughter,Williar Tonnson,u son,Carrie Johnson,e.. du.aghter,Leo L.Johnson,a son,Edith
<br />Johnson, a daughter, and Albert E. Johnson, a son.
<br />The Court finds that Charles ,T.Tohnson,husoand of the said Emma S•Jchnson,departed this life ion
<br />the 4th day of July, 1917, and that she left no husband surviving her.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Emma S. Johnson died seized in fee of an undivided 2/3
<br />interest in and to Lots One (1),Two (2),Three (3),Four (4),Five (5),Six (6),Seven (7),Eight (8),„
<br />Nine (9) and Ten (10),in Block One (1) of College Addition to West La,wn,an addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island,in Hall County,ATebraska.,and that under the law of descent of Real Estate in the
<br />State of Nebraska, all of the right, ti tle zcnd interest of the said Ernma S- Johnson, in axe. to the
<br />above mentioned and described real este,te did pass and descend,at her death,to Anna M.Pennington
<br />Oscar Johnson,Lillian M. Smith, 'Pi 1Liam Tohnson,Ci;,r.rie Johnson,Leo L- Johnson, Edith Johnson,and Albert
<br />E. Johnson, in equal shares, each of said heirs- taking an undivided 1/8 part thereof.
