<br />On this 7" day of Januwry,1896,came Frederick H.Michelson,Admia -+
<br />istrator of the Estate of Anker M- lichelson, deceased, and filed written request Of Laura Kilian,
<br />Mary Lambert and Lena. I'Vilkins, heirs at law of said deceased to lay over to Anna Metta Hichelson,;
<br />all the rents derived from the Real Estate of said deceased wr_d to turn over to her all the per-
<br />sonal property thereof and receipting thereby to said Administrator for their several shares,
<br />and also filed receipt in full of staid Anna Metta Michelson for all the said rents and property.
<br />and requested that an order be made and entered of record declaring said estate fully settled
<br />and discharging him of his said Trust. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the
<br />proof on file that due and legal notice had been given to all persons interested in, or having
<br />claims against said estate of the time fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that
<br />said time so limited was the time provided by law,and no claims having been filed. It is ordered
<br />that all y)ers ons be and they hereby are forever burred from setting �ap or filing any claims
<br />against said estate -And it further appearing that said Laura Kilian, wry Lambert,and Lena. Wilkin'.s,

<br />are sisters of and Frederick Michelson is a brother of and said Anna Metta Michelson is the

<br />mother of said Anker M- Michelson,deceased,and that they are the heirp at law and the only heirs
<br />at law of said deceased,and the only persons interested in said esta ?,and th' having each
<br />filed receipts in full settlement thereof,the Court therefore finds that no notice of final
<br />settlement need be given,and said Adriiniatrator. having in all respects administered said estate '
<br />in the manner provided by law.
<br />It is further ordered, a,d judged and decreed that the Real Estate belor_gi r.g to said Estate, to-
<br />wit: the Center One Third Part of Lot Number .Eight (8) in Block Numb r Fifty Five (55) of the
<br />Original Town,now City,of Grand Island, Nebraska. do pass by operation of law to said Anna Mette,
<br />Michelson, Laura Kilia.n,Mary Lambert,Lena Wilkins and Frederick H.Mic
