<br />WILL & CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I Robert H.McAllister, of Grand Island Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing Kemory,do make
<br />and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form f ollowing, that is to say:
<br />First
<br />I direct that my just debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid
<br />Second
<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Ma.ry K.McAllister,all my property,both real
<br />and personal,to have and to hold the same,together with the rents,issues and income therefrom,
<br />during, the period of her natural life,and should the rents issues and profits derived therefrom
<br />prove insufficient for the proper support and maintenance of my said wife,then and in that event',
<br />she is authorized to use so much of the principal of my said estate as she shall deem necessary
<br />for that purpose.
<br />Third
<br />I give and bequeath to my sons Robert N.MeAlli_ster and Charles I.McAllister,upon the death of,
<br />n said wife, the sum. of Two Thousand Dollars, each.
<br />Fourth.
<br />After the death of my said wife Mary JLj(cAlli.ster,and the payment of the bequests to my said
<br />sons,a.s set forth in the third paragraph of this will,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
<br />and remainder

<br />of my estate of whatsoever nature to my sons,Robert N.McAllister,Charles I.MeAllister,an
<br />my daughters Wray McAllister Egan and Mabel McAllister Knicely, share and sba- re alike.
<br />Fifth
<br />I nominate and appoint my s4idwife Miy. K.McAllister as Executrix of this will,and request
<br />that she be not required to give surety on her offi.ci.a1 bond as such, and hereby granting to
<br />said Mary. K. McAllister, as such executrix and individually,after she is - discharged as such executrix,
<br />full power and authority to sell and convey Real Estate so as to invest the purchaser of any property
<br />sold by her, either as such executrix or individually with absolute title to the property sold,
<br />and this without license or authority from any court.
<br />Sixth
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
