1 <br />No. 3, HALL COUNTY <br />2572 —Klopp Printing Co., Omaha <br />FINAL 12CREF <br />"ITS COUTTTY COURT, HALL COUTTT`Z , NEBRASKA. <br />In the flatter of the Estate ) <br />) FINAL DECRF +. <br />of Alfred B.Hughes,deceased. ) <br />Now on this 29th day of September,1900,this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the Report of John T..Liughes,Administrator of said estate,and it satisfactori.ly <br />appearing to the Court from the proof on file, that due and legal notice has been given all per- <br />sons interested in said estate of the time and place for hearing,by publication,in The Democrat,, <br />a newspaper printed in Hall County,as required by the order of this Court,an1 no one appearing tic <br />object and the court being fully advised in the premises finds: <br />That the report of the said Administrator is true and correct in all respects and ought to <br />be allowed as and for his Final Report. <br />That the time allowed by this Court for filing claims against said estate was six months from <br />the 19th day of March, 1900 and that said time has fully expired; <br />That due and legal notice was given all creditors of the time and place for filing claims <br />against said estate as required by law and the orders of this Court. <br />The Court further finds th,.t all debts a,nd demands together with the funeral expenses and the` <br />costs of administration have beer, fully laid. <br />The court further finds that there are no funds in the hands of the Administrator. <br />The Court further finds that Alfred B- Hughes was at the time of his death the owner of Lot <br />One (1) in Block One (1) in Loan's Sub- division,City of Grand Islund,and Lot Two (2),in Block <br />Three (3) in East nark Addition to the City of Grand Island, all in County of Hall and State of <br />Nebr -ska. <br />The Court further finds thzt the said Alfred B- Hughes died leaving no issue and no widow and <br />that Charles Hughes is the Fathor of said Alfred B.Hugnes,and is still living and that the above`=: <br />described Real Estate passed by operation of law to the said Charles Hughes as heir.. <br />It is therefore considered by me that the report of the said Administrator be and the same is; <br />hereby ap - proved, and al lowed as and for his Final Report and acc ounting ' and he is discharged of <br />his trust. <br />i <br />It is further ordered that 411 persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claim <br />a cla ms <br />i <br />against said estate. <br />4 <br />It is further ordered. adjudged and decreed that the said real estate did pass to Charles <br />Hughes as heir at law. <br />J.H- Mullin, County Judge. <br />St4ta of .Nebraska, <br />9 <br />Hall County j In the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska <br />I,J- H- Muilin,County Nudge of Hall County,Nebraska,do hereby certify that I have compared the <br />foregoing copy of Final Decree In the Matter of the Estate of Alfred B.
