<br />intestate,as above stated,more than two years prior to the filing of the petition in this cause;;,
<br />that no application for appointment of an administtator of his estate has everh bean made nor
<br />has any administration of his estate ever been had in the state of Nebras ,�a or elsewhere;that he
<br />died seized as the owner in fee simple of the real estate hereinabove described,which stood in h4s
<br />name as William 0. Tylor, and which real estate is now owned by said petitioners; that said deceased
<br />left surviving him. as his only heirs -at -law, the said Mary F. Tyler, his widow, and Retson E. Tyler, his
<br />son,and Estella M.Tyler (now Estella M.Karr),his daughter,who boric the degree of kinship to him
<br />of surviving widow and children;that said above describeer real estate did pass and descend,upon the
<br />death of said deceased, by absolute title to the said Retson E. Tyler and Estella M. Tyler (now
<br />Estella M.Karr),in equal shares,subject to the homestead rights and dower interests of the said
<br />Mary F. Tyler, widow; that the said Mary F. Tyler died on June 18,1922, and that her life estate and

<br />rights and other interests in said premises thereupon terminated,and that the said Retson E.Tyler
<br />and Estella M.Karr are, as the hers -ut -law of the said William 0. Tyler, deceased, the owners of said
<br />above described premises,and the same are hereby awared to them; that the correct and right name
<br />of said deceased was William 0. "Tyler %and that the name,William O.Tylor %appearing in said patent,
<br />was an error in spelling his name; that all debts of said deceased or of his estate, if any exist,
<br />are forever barred and =precluded; that further adr.iinistration of the estate of said William 0.,-
<br />Tyler, deceased, is hereby dispensed, with,said estate settled and closed.
