<br />Deceased. ) Now,on this 2uth day of August, 1922, this cause came on for hearing
<br />on the final report of Carrie G,unnarson,Administratrix of said estate.and her petition for a
<br />t
<br />settlement thereof. and it appearing from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice,
<br />as by law and the orders of this Court required,has been given to all persons interested in
<br />said estate.of the filing of said report and petition and the time and place for hearing thereon,
<br />and there being no objections thereto, the Court, upon examination of same, finds that it is in all
<br />respects correct and should be approved and allowed as prayed.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice,as by law :ate
<br />and the orders of this Court required,has been given to all creditors andothers having claims
<br />against said estate, of the time and place for filing same, that said time has fully expired and
<br />no claims have been filed against said estate, that the funeral expenses of said deceased have
<br />been fully paid, and all other claims or debts of said estate or of said deceased, if a,ny exist,
<br />areforever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lina V.Kamidoi died,intestate,at her home in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,and while a resident thereof, on May 1, 1921; that she left no issue or descendant
<br />her surviving, but left, as her only heirs at law, her husband. Mongi ro Kamidoi, and her mother,
<br />Carrie Gurinarson.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized of the following real estate situate
<br />in Hall County,Nebr;:+ska,viz.: An undivided one -sixth interest in and of Lot Eight (8),in Block `

<br />Thirty -three (33).and Lot Six (6),in Block Sixteen (16),a.nd the easterly thirty (30) feet of I
<br />Lot Six (6) and the westerly six (6) feet of Lot Seven (7).in Block Nine (9),all in the Origins
