<br />the last two shares being one share each.willed to Fred Johnson,and A.Carney,and the Court
<br />finds that the said Fred Johnson and the said h.CL.rney sold and assigned to C.C.Worden.all of
<br />their interest in.and to.sa.id shares of stock,and duly 4uthorized the executrix to transfer thei
<br />same to the said C.C.Worden.directly,a,nd the said Hester Welpton.as such executrix.so assigned
<br />and transferred to the said C.C.Worden.the said shares of stock,in full compliance with the
<br />terms of paragraph ten (10) of said Will. -
<br />The Court further finds that the said Hester Welpton,as such Executrix,as assigned and tra,ns�
<br />ferred,all and singular,the rest and residue.of the property.of said estate, real, personal or
<br />mixed and wherever the same may be found,to Hester Welpton.the wife of the said T.W.Welpton.
<br />deceased,in full compliance with the terms and provisions of paragraph eleven (11) of said Will

<br />The Court further finds that the said Hester Welpton has paid to Albert Muldoon, the fees
<br />and expenses,by him incurred.as the said attorney,of the said Hester Welpton. Executrix. in com-
<br />pli."nce and under the terms of Paragraph thirteen (13) of this will.
<br />The Cou x't further finds that all claims due and filed against said estate have been fully
<br />paid and satisfied.and the Court further finds that all of the State Inheritance Tax,due under
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska.have been paid and satisfied.in form and manner as provided
<br />by law.

<br />The Court further finds that all of the taxes due the United States Government.under the Fed-
<br />erul Estate Tax Law,have been fully paid and satisfied.
<br />The Court further finds, from the evidence, that all of such state and Federal taxes ha *e
<br />been fully paid and that no lien exists against any of the property of said estate,by reason

<br />of any of the taxes due the State of Nebraska,under the estate tax la* or to the United States
<br />Gov ernment. under the Federal Estate Tax Law.

<br />The Court further finds,that all of the expenses of administering the said estate have been
<br />fully paid and sa.tisfied.and no item of expense now exists as a charge,or lien against all or
<br />any of the property of the said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that the estate became possessed of a school lease, to all of Section
<br />Sixteen (16) Township Thirteen (13) Range Forty -one (41) West,and the Court finds that the said j
<br />Rester Welpton,as such executrix,has assigned and transferred such school lease to Hester Welpt�n
<br />and that all of the personal, property belonging to said estwte,such as notes, bonds, mortgages.
<br />bills receivable, accounts, receivable, horses, cattle, farming implements, binders, tractors, and all
<br />and singular, every item of personal property, including all of the shares of the capital stock

<br />of any and all corporations owned by the said J.W.Welpton at the date of his death,have been p
<br />fully assigned and transferred,as provided by the terms of said will and according to the Laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska,governing in such ca.ses,so that a.11 of the personal estate of every
<br />kind and nature.has been fully administered.and accounted for.by the said Executrix and all has
<br />been done in accordance with the law,and the orders of this Court.a.nd that all of her accounts {
<br />in reference thereto, have been fully and duly examined, approved and are hereby allowed. +
<br />The Court further finds that at the timerof the death of the said T.W.Welpton.he was
<br />poss-
<br />essed in fee simple of all the real estate as set forth,and described in the final report of
<br />the Executrix hereinbefore examined and allowed.and the Court finds, that under and by virtue
<br />of the terms of the said Will, that Hester Welpton became the owner in fee simple of each and
