<br />Eighth: I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter,Mabel Welpton four hundred shares of th .
<br />capital stock in the Welpton Investment Company,ten (10) shares of the capital stock in the
<br />Exchange Bank of Ogalalla.Nebraska,and five hundred dollars in cash.
<br />Ninth: I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter.Mrs Bess DuteK, four hundred shares of
<br />the capital stock in the Welpton Lumber Company of Ogalalla,Nebraska,ten shares of the capital

<br />stock in the Exchange Bank of Ogalalla.Nebraska.and five hundred dollars in cash.
<br />Tenth: I give and bequeath unto the following employees, T. I. Dutch,R.E.Dutch,C.C.Worden,F.T.
<br />Williams,V.E. Warren, Hubert Kildare.Fred Johnson,A. Curney.Horace Sanders, one share each of the
<br />capital stock in the First State Bank, of Brule,Nebraska.
<br />Eleventh: I give,bequeath and devise all the rest and residue of my estate,both real and per-

<br />in our hewring,that this instrument was his last will and testament,and we,at his request.sign

<br />Twelfth: I appoint my beloved wife,Hester V` lelpton,executrix of this my last will and testament,
<br />hereby rwoking all former wills by me made and I further direct that the said executrix be not
<br />required to give bond as such executrix except her own personal bond.
<br />Thirteenth: I direct that A.Ihuldoon,attorney at lew.North Platte. Nebraska,be employed to
<br />assist my wife.Hester Welpton. in settling my estate, he to receive a reasonable compensation for •.

<br />Fourteenth: In case of my wife's death prior,or at the same time of nW leath,her share of 4
<br />trey estate so willed above shall be divided equally between my two daughters,Mabel Welpton and Belss
<br />V.Dutch,and in this event -I appoint h.Muldoon.C.C.Worden and T- I.Dutch as executors of this
<br />my last will and direct that they give the necessary bonds.
