<br />account filed in this Court on the 17th day of February, 1920.,=d for her discharge as executrix
<br />of the estate of T.W.Welpton.
<br />It is hereby ordered that you and all persons interested in said matter may,and do,appear at the
<br />County Court to be held in and for said county,on the 19th day of March,A.D.1920,at 10 o'clock A.M.,to
<br />show cause,if any there be,why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted,and that notice
<br />of the pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof be given to all persons interested in said
<br />matter by publishing a copy of this order in the Keith County News,a weekly newspaper printed in
<br />said county,for three successive weeks prior to said day of Hearing.

<br />ORDER ALLMING FINAL REPORT OF- .EXECTTTRIXAND IiFR DISCHARGE AS SUCH EXRCUTRIX
<br />And now upon this 19th day of March,1920, at 10 o'clock 1a. M., this cause came on for hearing
<br />upon the application of Hester Welpton, executrix from said estate. and upon consideration, whe re o f
<br />the Court finds that due notice was given of the hearing of this report; the same having been p#-
<br />lished in the Keith County News for three (3) weeks, in which all parties interest were notified to
<br />appear and file objections or protest,if any they had,whr. the final report should not be examined
<br />and allowed, as such report.
<br />The Court finds that no protest, or objections of zny kind, or in any manner,have� =been filed against
<br />said report and upon due consideration of said report,upon the evidence introduced in said actio�,
<br />t1ae Court finds that said report is correct,

<br />and should be approved and allowed as the final report of the said Hester Welpton,Executrix of
<br />the said estate.
<br />Upon consideration whereof the Court does decree and approve and allow said report as the find
<br />report of the said Hester Welpton,as executrix of said estate.
<br />This cause coming on, further, to be hea.rd,upon the facts and allegations as set forth, in said
<br />final report,the Court finds that the said J.W.Welpton died a resident of Keith County,Nebrasku.'
