<br />In the County Court of Keith County,Nebraska.
<br />In the matter of the Estate of John W.Welpton,Deceased.
<br />Now on this 24th day of June, 1918, pursuant to the former order of the court in this matter,
<br />made on the 25th day of May,1918,assigning this time for hearing upon the petition of Hester
<br />Walpton,praying that administration be granted upon the estate of John W. Welpton, deceased. and
<br />that letters issue to Hester Welpton,as Executrix,this cause coming on to be heard,and pets-
<br />ti oners with their attorney appearing, there being no objections on file and the evidence having
<br />been submitted the Court finds:
<br />That due notice of the filing and pendency of said petition was given by publication of the
<br />order in the Ogallala Tribune,& legal weekly newspaper of general circulation in said county,
<br />for three successive weeks last past, and that the court has jurisdiction of the subject matter
<br />and of the parties interested.

<br />The court further finds that John W.Welpton, deceased. late of Keith County,died in San Diego,
<br />Calif©rnia,on the 15th day of May,1918,Testate,the owner of real and personal property in said
<br />county. That the petitioners are heirs at law of said decedent; that said decedent was a resident
<br />and inhabitant of said county: at and prior to his death;that it is necessary that the adminis-
<br />tration of said estate be had, and that Hester Welpton is a suitable person to act as such Exe-
<br />cutrix.
<br />It is therefore considered and ordered by the Court, that administration of the estate of John
<br />W.Welpton,deceased,be,and it is granted herein;that said Hester Welpton,be,and she is appointed a
<br />Executrix thereof,and that letters issue to her upon her taking the oath of officeiand filing a
<br />bond,with approved surities,conditioned according to law in the sum of $20,000.00

<br />his estate,so far as such goods and chat tels, rights, credits and effects shall extend and re-
