<br />On reading the petition of Hester Welpton,praying that the instrument filed in this Court
<br />on the 25th day of May,1918,and purporting to, be the last will and test<ment`of said deceased,may
<br />be proved and allowed.and recorded as the last will and testament of John W.Welpton,deceased;th,t
<br />said instrument be admitted to prebate.and the administr4tion of said estate be granted to Hester

<br />Welpton,as executrix. It is hereby ordered that yau.and all persons interested in said matter,

<br />appear at the County Court to be held in and for said county on the 24th day of June A.D.1918,
<br />at 10 o'clock A.M. , to show cause, if any there be.why the prayer of the petitioner should not be!
<br />granted,and that notice of the pendency of said petition and that the hearing thereof be given
<br />to all persons interested in said matter by publishing a copy of this order in the Ogalalla
<br />Tribune.e. weekly newspaper printed in said county for three (3) successive weeks prior to said
<br />day of hearing.

<br />and A.Carrey published and declared said instrument to be his last will and testament. and

<br />requested this affiant and A.Carney to subscribe their names thereto,as witnesses. Whereupon the
<br />same was signed by this affiant and A.C"rney,in the presence of said testator and in the pTesenoe
<br />of each other-That testator was above the age of 21 years,raf, sound mind and under no restraint
<br />whatever.
