<br />day of April,1922 at 10 o'clock A -M-at the County Court room in said County. or� within three mon -r
<br />the thereafter an the time and place for filing claims and that all claims not filed within the

<br />time so limited should be forever barred,and directing that notice thereof be-given by pubiica-
<br />tion in the HastingsPT bune for four successive weeks,prior to said date; that thereupon notice
<br />to creditors was duly given and published as required by law rind in compliance with the order
<br />of this °Court.
<br />7.The Court further finds that the time for filing claims has long since expired and that
<br />all claims filed and allowed against said estate and the costs of administration have been, fully
<br />paid; 3•
<br />IT IS HERFM ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all claims not filed against saict esuai a are forever
<br />barred.
<br />B.That said Margie D.Goble,'executrix,submitted her gccount and nonappearing to object thereto
<br />or contest the same, the Court finds that said account is just and true and should be and is
<br />hereby allowed and approved and ordered recorded as her final account.
<br />9. The Court further finds that said William H—Goble,dscea.sed, left surviving him as his only
<br />heirs at law, devisees and 1 egatees under the Will and the only persons interested in said estataj
<br />i
<br />the following named p ers ons, t o -wit:
<br />Margie B. Goble, widow, Hastings, Nebraska;
<br />Charles M. G oble, son, Harvard, "
<br />Amillia Pratt,daughter,Prosser, "
<br />Vernon F.Goble,son,Hastings, "
<br />Homer L. Goble, son, Prosser, "
<br />George Oman Goble, son,who has died since the death of said William 1f.Goble; that
<br />said George Oman Goble left survi ing him 4. widow,Blanche Goble and a son,Gerald R.Goble,both
<br />off, whom xetide in the city of Has tinge, Adams County, Nebraska. That the said Gerald R. Gable
<br />is an infant one year old,and that all of said of #er heirs are over the age of twenty -one years;
<br />that said William H.Goble left no other child or children nor the issue of any other deceased
<br />child him surviving.
<br />10. The Court further finds that the said William H.Goble died seized in fee of the follow -
<br />ing described real esta.te,to -wit: The undivided one -third of the Northeast quarter Section
<br />Thirty -two (32 ),Township Nine (9 ),Range Eleven (11) Hall County,Nebraska and that no personal
<br />property belonging to the deceased at the time of his death has come, into the hands of the exe- ,
<br />cut rix aforesaid.
<br />11. The Court finds that Margie B.Goble,widow, is by the terms of said last will and testament
<br />the sole beneficiary and that the above described property should be assigned to her in accordance
<br />with the terms of the said last will and testament.
<br />4.
<br />The Court further finds that the value of the property bequeathed to Margie B.Goble,widow,
<br />is less than the amount exempt to her from inheritwnce tax and is therefore not liable for the
<br />payment of such tax,nor for a federal estate tax.
<br />IT IS TH'ERITJORE COTTSIM, RED, ORDER M, ADJUDGED AND ] ECR D by the Court that the real estate
<br />described herein, to -wit: An undivided one -third interest in and to the north east quarter of
<br />section thirty- two,town nine, north, range eleven west of the sixth P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to Margie B.Goble,widow,in fee,to her and her heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERFM ANT) DECREED by the Court that the said executrix aforesaid, having
<br />performed all her duties in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, and in compliance
<br />with the orders of this Courtybe and she hereby is dischurged,her letters cancelled and her bona
<br />released.
