1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />s <br />220- <br />Noo 39 BALL (COUNTY <br />2572— Silopp Printing Co., Omaha <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NR.BRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />} Final Decree. <br />of Peter Benson, Dec eased. <br />Now on this 21st day of, June,1922, thi s cause came on for hearing <br />upon the final report and petition of Mary Benson, executrix of said estate, for settlement thereof <br />and it appearing from the proofs on file in this court that legal notice as by law and the or- <br />ders of this court required have been given to all parties interested of the filing of said re <br />port and the time for hearing thereon and there being no objections thereto, and the court on <br />examination finds that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved; <br />the court further finds,from the proofs on file herein,that legal notice as by law and the or- <br />ders of this court required has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of <br />the time and place for filing same, that said time has expired; that no claims have been filed <br />or allowed against said estate ;that all debts and claims against the estate not filed have been; <br />paid and satisfied and the costs of administration thereof have been fully paid and that all pelt- <br />sons having claims against said estate if any,are forever barred and precluded from making claim <br />thereon and all such unfi.led claims and debts,if any,are barred and precluded. <br />The court further- finds that said executrix has accounted for all and singular of the moneys <br />and properties coming into her hands and has paid out and distributed same as by the orders of <br />this court and the will of said deceased provided and directed and has made distribution of the <br />remainder of said moneys and properties to the person entitled thereto as shown by said report <br />and receipts on file in this case. <br />The court further finds that said Peter Benson was, at the time of his death the owner in <br />fee simple of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of <br />Nebraska, to -wit: hot One (1), in Block One Hundred Twenty- <br />Page 2. <br />eight (128) of Union Pacific Railway Company's Seeond.'Addition to the city of Grand Island, <br />The court further finds that the said Peter Benson died testate leaving a last will and test4,- <br />ment,which had been duly allowed and proved in this court and that under the terms and provisio#is <br />w <br />thereof,the said above described real estate passed and descended in fee simple to Mary Benson <br />widow of deceased and his sole devises. <br />It is therefore adjudged, considered and decreed by the court that said final report of said <br />a <br />executrix be,and is hereby,approved and allowed; tr..:at all claims not filed against the estate <br />are forever ba�rred;that upon the death of said Peter Benson the above described real estate <br />owned by him at his death passed and descended in fee simple to the above named devisee.Nary <br />Benson and is hereby so awarded to her; that said executrix is hereby discharged,her bond released <br />and said estate closed. <br />J.H.
