Now, on.this 21st day of Tuly,1922,this cause came on to be herd <br />upon the final report of Anna M.WigginB.Rxecutrix Of the Last Will and Testament of William 0. <br />Wiggins.decousedtafter due notice to all persons interested by publication in the manner re- <br />quired by law. <br />On examination of said report the Court finds that said Executrix has received into her posso- <br />ession from all sources the sum of $16.705.95.and that she has paid out and expended for funera,' <br />expenses,expenses of the last sickness,widow's allowance,. monument and debts the sum of $1534.4 <br />leaving in her possession for distribution the sum of 15,171.80;that she has fully accounted <br />for all property coming into her hands and that her report is correct in all respects and ought, <br />, <br />to be approved. <br />The Court further finds that the said Zxecutrix has paid the cash bequest of 41000-00 to <br />Wylie J.Wiggins and has delivered to him the Dodge Touring Cur as directed under the will of <br />said William O.Wiggins.deceased- <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all Creditors as required by law and by order <br />of the Court as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of� said <br />deceased and that the time allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully expired;thaV <br />all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied and thatall claimo, <br />outstanding against said estate and not filed are forever barred and*xcludedo <br />It is therefore considered by the court that tbereport of the Executrix be and the same is here- <br />by approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust. <br />IT IS FURTHER COTTSIDFR'M, BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred and precluded from, <br />filing or setting up arty claims or demands against the estate of William O.Wiggins, deceased. <br />The Court finds that the ;-said William O.Wiggins died on the 6th day of February ,1922, that <br />he was at the timecof his death LL resident and inh4bitant of Fall County. Nebraska and that he <br />left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved.allowed and admitted to prob&to <br />in this Court on the llth day of Maxch,1922 and recorded in this office. <br />THE COURT FINDS THAT THE SAID William O.Wiggins died seized in fee of Lots Three (3),Four <br />(4),Five (5),and Six (b) in Block Number Ten (10) in the Original Town of Wood River,in 11411 <br />County, Nebraska. <br />THE COURT FINDS FURTHER that under the provisions of the last will and testament of thesaid <br />Willia� O.Wiggins all of the right, title and interest of the testator in and to all of the above <br />mentioned and described real estate did pdastand descend at his death to Anna M-Wiggins.his widow, <br />for her use,,benefit and control during the period of her natural life and that at her death said <br />r4al estate posses and descends.under the provisions of said will,to Wylie J.Wiggins,his son <br />THE COURT FITTpS from the files and the testimony that the said Wylie J.Wiggins is an adopted <br />son of the said William O.Wiggins and Anna M.Wiggins and that he was adopted by them under the <br />Same of Wilder J. and that that Wylie T.Wiggins and Wilder T. Wiggins are therefore one and <br />the same person. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONS IDERPM. AD.TUDGED AND TL?CRFFP BY THE COURT that all of the right, title and <br />interest of Williap O.Wiggins in and to Lots Three (3) Four (4) Five (5) and Six (6) in Block <br />Ten in the Original town of Wood River,Hall County.
