<br />Now, on this 10th day of July,1922, this cause -are on for hQari ng
<br />upon the final report of Jennie H.Hayman,Administra.trix of the above entitled estate and her
<br />petition for a final settlement thereof,and it spearing from the proof on file herein that
<br />due and legal notice had been given as by statute and the orders of this Court required, to all
<br />persons interested in said estate, of the filing of said report and the time and place for
<br />hearing thereon, and said time having expired and there being no objections to said report, the
<br />Court,upon examination thereof finds the same to be in all respects correct and that it should
<br />be allowed and approved as a final report of said Administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice,as by law
<br />and the orders of this Court required,has been given to all cred itors and others having Claims'
<br />against said estate, of the time and place for filing same, that said time has fully expired,..
<br />that 411 claims filed against said estate and allowed by this Court,and all costs of adminis-
<br />tration and inheritance tax.es,both state and Federial,have been fully )aid by said Administratrix,
<br />that the claim of J- A.Smith,heretofore filed against said estate,was duly objected to by said
<br />Administrwtrix and upon a hearing thereof was disallowed and found to be no claim and no appeal
<br />has been taken by said claimant against said order and judgment of disallowance. that all other `.
<br />claims and debts,if any exist,should be and hereby are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said Winfield S- Hayman (commonly known as V.S.Huyman) died
<br />intestate and while a resident and inhabitant of Hull County ,Nebraska, on July. 6,1920, leaving
<br />as his heirs and only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Jessie A- Christie (formerly Hayman),his daughter,
<br />Geraldine Hayman (now Argu.nbright), hi s daughter, and
<br />Madeline Hayman (now Buechler), hi s daughter, all of whom
<br />"re more than twenty -one years of age. s
<br />Thathe also left surviving him the following n::itned heirs at law,who are the children of Edward �p
<br />C.Ha<ym4n,4 son of said Winfield S- Hoyman,and who preceded his father in death :viz..,
<br />Thomas P. Hay man, no w five years of age, and
<br />Edward C..Hayman, now four years of < ge. tr a last named heirs
<br />at law being grandsons of said deceased.

<br />That said deceased died seized in fee simple of the following described real estate situate
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska., to -wit:
<br />Lots Six (6),Seven (7),Eight (8),Nine (9),and Ten (10),in Block Eight -nine (89),in Wheeler
<br />& Bennett's Fourth Addition to Grand Island,Nebra.ska;
<br />Also Lot Two (2),and the east half of Lot Three (3), in Block Fifty -five (55 ),in the Origi nal'
<br />Town,now City, of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />Also a part of Lot Four (4),in Block Sixty -seven (67) of the Original Town,now City,of
<br />Grand Isl.nd,Nebraska,more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast cornar
<br />of Lot Four (4),in said Block, running thence southerly 75 feet along the easterly line of said
<br />lot; thence westerly at right angles with the easterly line of said lot 17 feet; thence northerly;
<br />parallel with the easterly line of said lot 75 feet to the northerly line of said lot; then e

<br />easterly :along the northerly line of said lot 17 feet to the place of beginr_ing,and that upon I
<br />his death said above described revel estate passed and descended to the said above named heirs
<br />at law, as tenants in common, in the following shwres:

<br />To Jessie A. Christie. Geraldine Hayman (now Arganbright). and Madeline Hayman (now Buechlei ), s
<br />an undivided one- fourth to each and Thomas P.Hayman and Edward C- Hayman,an undivided one - eighth=
<br />interest each, and is so awarded to them and to their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Jennie $•Hayman, Administratrix. has accounted for all
