<br />The Court further finds that the said George Bartenbach departed this life testa.te,at his
<br />home in Grand Island,Nebra.ska, on the 23rd day of April, 1921,and at the time of his death the
<br />said George Bartenbach was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County. Nebraska, and that on the
<br />23rd day of Xay,1921,the last will ax-d testament of said George Ba.rtenbach,deeeased,was duly
<br />proven,aliowed and admitted to probate in this Court.

<br />The Court further finds that said Henry J.Bartenbach,as Executor of the last will and testa»
<br />went of the said George Bartenbach,deceased,has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,the
<br />inheritance tax due to the state of Nebr:ska,and the Federal estate tax due upon the estate of
<br />said George Bartenbach, deceased, the $25,,000 bequest to O. A. Abbott, Jr. , and Henry J. Bartenbach,
<br />as Trustees for Charlotte Bartenbach Abbott,the costs of this proceeding,and has turned over
<br />to the said Henry J.Ba.rtenba.ch,residuary legatee under the last will and testament of the said
<br />George Bartenbach. deceased. the bcLlance of the estate belonging to said deceased,and no further r
<br />proceedings are necessary in the administration of said estate in the state of Nebraska,and
<br />that said estate should be settled and closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said ueorge Bartenbach died seized as the owner, in fee
<br />erimple,of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Neb-
