<br />That under the provisions of the will of the said deceased the above described real estate,
<br />together with all other property owned by him,was bequeathed and devised to the said Rachel E.
<br />Paulus and to her heirs and assigns forever,and is so awarded to her.
<br />IT IS, TKFRFFORF, BY THF1, COURT ADJLTDGFD, i)FCRifRD, AND CONSIDERn that the said report of said
<br />Executrix is in all things approved and confirmed,that all debts or claims not filed against
<br />said estate are forever barred and precluded, that said Executrix hws accounted for all and singular
<br />of the property coming into her hands as such Executrix, h,as paid all debts and claims of said
<br />estate and waived reimbursement for moneys furnished for said purpose and that said above des-
<br />cribed real estate of which said deceased di.e:.d seized was,under the will of said deceased. devised
<br />to said Rachel E. Paulus and to her heirs and as signs forever, and is so awarded to her, said
<br />estate is hereby closed, said Executrix discharg?d, and her bond released. .
