19,7 <br />The Court finds that the North -west quarter of Section Six.in Township Eleven.in Range Ten, <br />In Hall County.Nebraska..did pass and descend under the provisions of said last Will and Testament, <br />to Walter Frank Johnson son of the tostatrix.in absolute title.and that Lot Two in Block Forty - <br />four,Russell Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island.did pass and descend at the death of the testa -1 <br />2572 —Kiopp Printing Co., Omaha <br />manner required by law.and that no one has appeared to object to or protest tagainst the <br />allowance of said report. <br />On consideration of than report and the testimony the court finds that the said Executor has <br />received from all sources the sum of $2660.99.and that he'has paid out on account of funeral <br />expenses,labor and the cost of administering the estate the sum of,$794.10.1eaving in his poss- <br />ession for distribution the sum of $1886.89.and that this balance should be distributed among <br />the legatees under the will of the said Jane H.Johnson,in the manner following: <br />1/8 part thereof to Hannah Josephine Johnson <br />3 <br />1/8 part thereof to Lillian Jane Jo)mson, <br />1/8 part thereof to Annie Christine Johnson. <br />1/8 part thereof to Myrtle Isabelle Johnson. <br />1/8 part thereof to Ruby Gertina Johnson. <br />1/8 part thereof to E1ma Ruth Johnson <br />1/8 part thereof to .Rhoda Johnson Wentworth and <br />1/8 part thereof in equal shares to Lillian A.Brown.Elva C- Brown.Rlmer C.Brown and Margaret <br />L.Brown,children of Inez Johnson Brown.a deceased daughter;that the report of the Executor is <br />correct in every respect and ought to be allowed. R <br />It is therefore ORDFRED that the report of Walter F.Johnson.8xecutor.be and the same is here±- <br />by approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is directed to make distribution of <br />the money in his hands among the legatees of the said Jane H..Tohnson in accordance with the ab"s <br />finding and upon his filing in this Court the receipts of the several legatees for their re- <br />spective bequests.he be discharged of his trust and his bond be released. <br />The Court finds that due notice was given to all creditors of the said Jane H- Johnson as to <br />the time and lace appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased.that the <br />time allowed for filing claims has fully expired. that all claims filed and allowed against said <br />estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased or het <br />estate.if any such exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />s <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred and concluded <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands of whatsoever nature against the estate of Jane <br />H. Johnson. deceased. <br />e <br />The Court finds that the said Jane H.Johnson departed this life on the 9th day of Tune,1921, <br />being immediately prior to her death a resident and inha.bitatt of Hall County,Nebra.ska, and that <br />she left a last Will and Testament which instrument was duly proved.allowed,and admitted to prO4. <br />bate in this Court on the 13th day of August,1921,a,nd recorded in this office. <br />The Court finds that the said Jane H- Johnson dk*ed seized in fee of the following described <br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Aebre- ska.to -wit: The North -west quarter <br />of Section Six.in Township Eleven..in Range Ten,and Lot Six in Block Five in the Original Town. E <br />now City of Grand Island and Lot Two in Block Forty -four in Russell Wheeler's Addition to <br />Grand Island. <br />The Court finds that under theprovisions of said last Will and Testa•rrm. nt Lot Number Six in <br />Block Number Five in the Original Town now City of Grand Island, did, at the death of the said <br />Jane H.
