<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />MARTIN LANZ,DFCEASED. } Now on this 21st day of April,1922,this cause came on to be
<br />heard upon the final report of Frank Lane and Thomas Lane,executors of the last will and testa-*,'
<br />went of Martin Lane deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that notice of the
<br />filing of said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of the estate of said de-
<br />ceased has been given to all persons interested in said estate by publication of such notice
<br />for one week in the Wood River Sunbeam,,&. legal newspaper published in Hall County,webra.ska,and
<br />that no one has appeared to object to or protest to the allpwance of said report.
<br />On examination thereof the Court finds that said executors have accounted for all of the estate
<br />of said deceased which came into their possession or under their control and that there is no
<br />money or other personal property now in their hands belonging to said estate; that their report
<br />is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to creditors of the said deceased as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate,by publication for 4 consecutive
<br />weeks in a legal newspaper as required by law; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully,
<br />expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed,if any such exist,are
<br />x
<br />therefore forever barred and excluded,and that all claims filed against said estate have been
<br />paid and satisfied.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Martin Lane departed this life on the 22nd day of August,
<br />1921, that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska, that
<br />he left survivi% him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law,the following named persons;,
<br />towit: Mary C.Lane,his widow,and Martin J.Lane,a son,Mary Lane,a daughter,Edwurd Lane,a son,Frank
<br />Lane, a. son, Anna Lane Sta,c k, a daughter, Thomas Lane, a son, and James Lane, a. son, and that he left
<br />a Last Will and Testament,which instrument was duly proved,allowed, and admitted to probate in this
<br />Court on the 30th day of September,1921,and recorded in this office.
<br />The Court finds that the said Martin Lane died seized in fee of the following described real
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: The South Half (S *) of the
<br />North -west Quarter (NWJ) and the North half of the South -west ( QAurter (Nf of SWJ) of Section Twenty-
<br />eight (28) in Township Ten (10) North, in Range Twelve (12),West of the Sixth P. M. , e onsisting of
<br />160 a.cres,a little more or less,according to the government survey thereof.
<br />THE COURT FIXDS FURTHER that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and tesPta-
<br />went all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of `the
<br />said Martin Lane to Mary C.Lane,his widow,for her sole use and benefit during the term of her
<br />natural life,and that at her death said real estate does pass and descend,under the provisions !'
<br />of said Last Will and Testament,to the children of the testator,namely,Martin J.La,ne,Mazy Lane,
<br />Edward Lane,Frank L&ne,Anna Lane,(now Anna Lane Stack),Thomas Lane,und James Lane,in equal shaves,
<br />an undivided one seventh (1/7) part thereof to each of them .
<br />The Court Finds that the specific legacies provided for in said Last Will and Testament have',
<br />been paid.

<br />tax..
