<br />John Stoner, Deceased, ) %.
<br />hearing upon the final report and petition of Marshall A. Stonelr,
<br />administrator of the estate of John Stoner,deceused,for final settlement u.nd distribution k.nd fjr
<br />his discharge as administrutor,and was submitted to the Court:
<br />on consideration whereof,the Court finds from, the proofs on file,the records and evidence:
<br />1. That due and legal notice of this hearing was had by publication according to law.
<br />2.That said John Stoner departed this life intestate in said County on or about ,Tuly 17th,
<br />1921 :;Vnd was at the time of his death,a resident of and domiciledtin the County of Adams and St4t4
<br />of Nebraska.
<br />3.0n or about October 8th,1921,said Marshall A.Stoner filed herein,a petition praying for th
<br />4dministra.tion of the estate of said decswsed anal that he be appointed administrator.
<br />4. That thereupon, the Court entered an order assigning November 5 th,1921 at 10 o' clock A.M.

<br />as the time for hearing of said petition and ordering that notice of the pendency of said petitilon
<br />and heuring thereof be given to all persons interested,by publication in The Hastings Dwi.ly,, Tri ,'buns
<br />for three successive weeks prior to said date of hearing.

<br />That on October 31st,1921,tnere was filed herein,proof of publication of such notice,showing
<br />that there had been due and legal publication of such notice according to law and in.conformity
<br />with the order of the Court.
<br />5. That on the 5th day of November, 1921, said Marshall A. Stoner was dudministrator of such
<br />estate and Letters of Administration were ordered issued to said Marshall A.Stoner upon his giviang
<br />bond in the sum of One Thousand (41,000) lolla.rs and taking the oath required by law.
<br />6. That on November loth,1921, the oath and bond of said Marshall A. Stoner were duly filed hey ein
<br />and said bond duly approved by the Court.
<br />That thereupon, letters of admi-nistrG.tion were duly issued to said Marshall A. Stoner and he t!
<br />became and has ever since been and is now,the duly appointed,legally qualified and acting admin.
<br />istrµtor of said estate.
<br />7. That on the 10th day of November, 1921,an order was duly made by the Court fixing December
<br />13th,1921 at 10 o' clock A* M. at the County Court Room in said County
<br />or within three months therea.fter,as the time and place for filing claims and that all claims
