I'sp WRLL AND DECREE RECORD as required by law and the order of the court,as to the time allowed for filing claims against said estate,thrat the time allowed for filing claims has fully .expired,that all claims outstand- ing against said deceased, not so filed, if any such exist,are therefore forever barred and ex- cluded; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied. The Court finds that the said Felix Bach departed this life on the 11th day of February,.1921r being at the time of his death a resident of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate` herein on the 15th day of March,1921,and recorded in this office. k The Court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testazr>ent all of the property owned by the testator at the time of his death passed to and became the property of Anna Bowser, his daughter,and sole legatee,and that the said Felix Bach died seized in fee of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:- An undivided 11/32 interest in Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Three (3) in John Voitle's Addition to Grand Island;an undivided 43/64 interest in in Lots Twelve (12),Thirteen (13) and Fourteen I (14) in Block Two (2) in Pleasant Hill Addition to Grand Island;An undivided 43/64 interest in Lots One (1),Four (4),Five (5),Six (6),Seven (7),in Block Three (3) in Pleasant Hill Addition to Grand Island,and that he was the sole owner of Fractional Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Thirty-six (36) in Lb;mbert's Addition to Grand Island, It is therefore considered that the report of Anna Bowser, Executrix., be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final "ccount "nd she is discharged of her trust and her bond is released. It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Felix Bac h, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. It is considered adjudged and decreed that all the right, title and interest of Felix Bach in' and to the above mentioned and described real estate did p�.ss and descend at his death under th6 provisions of his last will and testaxent,to Anna Bowser his daughter.
