<br />to Jacob J.Lorentzen,and the $1000 special bequest to Amanda, Wilhelmina Marie Lorentzen,and aft
<br />the payment thereof there remained in his hands belonging to said estate the sum of 422,508,whi
<br />constituted the residuary estate of the said Christina. Elizabeth Lorentzen,deceased, and that in
<br />accordance with the terms and provisions of the residuary clause of the last will and testament
<br />of the said Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen, deceased, and of the laws of the state of Nebraska, in such
<br />cases made andprovided;sa,id Executor has duly distributed said residuary estate as follows:
<br />$56627 each to Jacob J. Lorentzen, Christina. Elizabeth Ritterbusch,Amanda Wilhelmina Marie Lorentzen,
<br />son and daughters of said deceased, and Alma Lorentzen Keller, daughter of Henry T.Lorentzen.dece"ed,
<br />and a grand- daughter of the said Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen,deceased,and nothing farther belong-
<br />ing to said estate remains in the hands of said Executor.

<br />is hereby settled and closed,and said Executor is discharged,a,nd his bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, AD.'rUDGED AND IECREED BY THE COURT that Henry J.Lorentzen,a son and one
<br />of the residuary legatees of the said Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen,deceased,dep&rted this life
<br />on the 22nd day of April, 1920, long prior to the death of the said Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen,
<br />that the said Henry J.Lorentzen,deceased,left surviving him only one daughter,Alma Lorentzen
<br />Keller, that under the laws of the state of Nebraska . in force at the time of the death of the
<br />said Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen, deceased, the residuary bequest in favor of the said Henry J.
<br />Lorentzen,under the last will and testament of the said, Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen, deceased,
<br />did not lapse by reason of the death of the said Henry J.Lorentzen prior to the death of the sailed
<br />Christina .Elizabeth Lorentzen,deceased.and that the said Alma Lorentzen Keller became residuary

<br />legatee under the last will and testament of the said Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen,deceased,
<br />by right of representation of the said Henry J.Lorentzen,decea.sed,and the said Alma Lorentzen
<br />Keller thereby became entitled to one- fourth of the residuary estate of the said Christina Eliz4-
<br />Beth Lorentzen, deceased.
