<br />Now, on this 27th clay of March, 1922, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Jacob J. Lorentzen, Executor of the last will and testament
<br />of Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen,deceased,a.nd upon his petition for a settlement of said estate';
<br />and his discharge herein,a,nd the Court having examined the records and files and being duly
<br />advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said final report,a.s heretofore
<br />ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report,the Court examined the same,together with the
<br />vouchers on file -.nd the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in the
<br />premises the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same o9ught
<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court farther finds that the said Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen departed this life,testate,
<br />on the 5th day of February,1921, and at the time of her death the said Christina Elizabeth Lor-
<br />entzen was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebra.ske..
<br />The Court further finds that on the 5th day of March.1921,Jacob J.Lorentzen,a son of said d
<br />ceased,filed in this Court his duly verified petition,praying for the allowance and probate of
<br />an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of the said Christina Elizabeth
<br />Lorentz3n,decea.sed; that the Court thereupon fixed the first day of April, 1921,as the date for
