<br />Sixth: That on the 15th duy of

<br />of this Court was made allowing creditors
<br />three months in which to file their claims against said estate and the Executor one year in
<br />which to settle said estate from the 16th day of April,1920,and further ordering that a notice
<br />of the same be published in the Polk Progress,a weekly newspaper printed in said County four
<br />consecutive weeks prior to the 16th day of April 1920•
<br />Seventh: The Court further finds that it appears by proof on file that a notice of said

<br />order was published as ordered by this Court. And that on the 16th day of ?larch 1920, the said �
<br />Executor filed in Court his inventory of the property of said estate;and that according to said
<br />inventory the deceased left the following described property. �o- wit :The South half of the -North-,
<br />east qudrter,and the North half of the Southeast quarter of Sec.15,Township 13,and the West half
<br />of the Northeast quarter and the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Sec.16, Township
<br />13,and the Northwest quarter of Sec.34,Township 14,all North of Range No.4,West of the '6th P.M.
<br />in Polk County,Nebraska,also Lots 12 -13 and 14 in Block 13,in the Village of Polk,Nebraska,and
<br />also Lots 8- 9- 10- 11- 12 -13- end 14 in Block 2 in Anderson's Addition to the Village of Polk,
<br />Nebraska,and also Lots 6 -7 -9 and 10 in Block No -12, in Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,and personal property of about the value of $3000.00

<br />Eighth: The Court further finds that,according to the conditions of said last will and testa -4
<br />went, sai d property_ descended as follows, to -wit: To Anna Louise Ehn, the widow of said deceased
<br />all of the personal property, after the payment of the debts owing by said deceased and a life

<br />estate in all of said real Estate,and at the death of said Anna Louise Ehn,said real estate to p
<br />descend in equal shares to all of said aforementioned children to -wit Carl H.Ehn,Gustaf Emil
<br />f
<br />Ehn,Carl Richard Ehn,Gustaf Adolf Ehn,Joseph E.Ehn,Hilma Louise Pearson,Hanna Ericka 01son,Joseph-
<br />ine Samuelson and Esther Olson,and their heirs forever.
<br />The Court finds that on March 16,1920,Anna Louise Ehn,the widow of said deceased filed in thi�
<br />Court her formal acceptance and election to take and accept the provisions made in said last
<br />will for her in lieu of all her rights of descent and inheritance.
<br />The Court further finds that on July 16th,1920,an order of this Court was made barring all
<br />i
<br />claims not filed against said estate and that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax.
<br />It is hereby ordered. adjudged and decreed by this Court,that the aforementioned persons are
<br />all the heirs -at -law and legatees of said deceased,and that said real estate descends according
<br />to said last will`rnd the finding of this Court in finding 7th of this decree. The Court finds
<br />that the debts against said estate, including the costs of &dministrat -ion: have all been paid andI
<br />that there remains of money in the hands of the said Executor the sum of $24.50 in cash,two U.S.,

<br />Bonds for the sum of $600 OO,One note for $1066.00,given by Hannah E.Olson andher husband and
<br />secured by real estate mortgage on the one -ninth interest of said Hannah E.Olson in the WJ & S.R4
<br />of N.'E. J of Sec. 16 -13 -4 in Polk County,, Nebr.. and one note for $3283.00 given by G. E. Ehn, C. R. Ehn_

<br />C. H.Ehn and Joseph Ehn and secured by real estate mortgage on all of which said cash money,U. S.

<br />Bonds,and two notes secured by real estate mortgages is the property of said estate and is all
<br />hereby adjudged and decreed by the Court to be considered in form as a part of tho. real estate
<br />of said estate, in lieu of the major part of the proceeds of the sale of the NW of Sec-34-14-4
<br />in the sum of $32,716.25,which was used to pay the claims and debts of said estate allowed by
<br />the Court, and all of said cash money $24.50,U. S.Bonds $600. and two notes of $1066.00 and $3283•'
<br />00 to be held in trust by the Executor of said estate,a.nd the interest and income therefrom be
<br />paid to Anna Louise Ehn the widow of said deceased, so long as she shall:live,as is provided in
<br />the last will of said deceased she shall receive the income from the real estate of said estate
<br />so long as she shall live;and at the death of said Anna Louise Ehn,it is hereby ordered,adjudgedl
<br />and decreed that all of said aforementioned personal property so held in trust by the Executor
<br />thereof,shdll descend in equal shares to all of the children of said deceased,as is provided
