<br />No. 3, HALL COUNTY
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,ITEBRASKA.

<br />The Court finds that the said Carl Schwieger, died, seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate situated in the City of Grand I Bland, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to -wit:
<br />In the utter of the Estate of

<br />Now on this 18" day of March, 1922,this cause came on for hezr±*
<br />irg on the final report of August V.Schwieger,Administrator of the estate of the said Carl
<br />Schwieger,deceased,and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested-,as by law required,of the filing of said report and it,further v
<br />appearing to the Court after a full examination that the account exhibited by the said Admin-
<br />istrator is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed and it further appear-
<br />ing that the said Administrator has gccounted for all of said estate which has come into his
<br />hands, it is, therefore,

<br />ORT)ERRIM. AnTUDGED AND 17,CRFpT) that the report of the said August 11. Schwieger,Administrator of
<br />the estate of Carl Schwieger, deceased, be and the same is approved as and for his final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of
<br />said deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses
<br />of said deceased and the costs of administering; said estate have been fully paid and that all
<br />outstanding claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and
<br />excluded.

<br />It is therefore. ORDEPvD,A_T'TUGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barren

<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Carl Schwieger,
<br />deceased; a.nd that said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />The Court finds that during; the tidministration of said estate that the Administrator re- r
<br />ceived in cash the sum of $1555.08.Thet in the course of said administration the said Adminis-
<br />trator has paid out for funeral expenses,expenses connected with the lust sickness and death f
<br />of the deceased and for bills owing by the said deceased at the time of his death gnd for
<br />certain taxes and money advanced to Rosie Schwieger,one of the heirs at law,said money having
<br />been advanced with the consent of all of the heirs, the sum. of 1889.48. That after such payments
<br />there remained in the hands of said Administrator for division among the heirs at law the sum

<br />of 6*665.60t.That said J-665.60 has been distributed among said heirs at law in equal proportions,1
<br />each taking; a one- fourth thereof,and that each has receipted to said Administrator in full
<br />for all demands due to him or her from the personal property of said estate and that the en-
<br />tire sums that have come into the hands of said Administrator as such and all personal property!
<br />that has come into his possession or urder his control by virtue of his office as Administrator`
<br />have been paid out and distributed and there is nothing left in his hah&S for distribution and
<br />he has accounted for all sums of property that has come into his hands.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any. Inheritance tax under the laws of the!
<br />State of Nebraska. e
<br />The Court finds that the said Carl Schwieger departed this life at his home in Grand Island,
<br />i
<br />Hall County. Nebruska,on the 18" day of April,1921,and that he died intestate*
<br />ft surviving him as his sole and only heirs at law
