<br />the petitioner herein is the present owner of an estate of inheritance in the real estate hereinbefore
<br />described and is a proper person to bring these proceedings, and is entitled to a decree as pray';ed

<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CRDERE; ADJUDGED AND DEOREED BY THE CCURT, that the said Jacob J.Lorentzen
<br />died, intestate, at his home in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 13th day of April, 1896, and at
<br />the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,; that more than
<br />two years have elapsed between his death and of the filing of the petition herein; that no
<br />application or petition had ever been filed for administration upon his estate in the State of
<br />Nebraska, nor has his estate ever been administered upon; that he died seized as the owner of
<br />the fee simple title to all of the real estate hereinbefore described; that upon the death of saFid

<br />Jacob J.Lorentzen, the title to the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended,
<br />under the intestate laws of the state of Yebr;: -ka, then in foroe, to Christina M.Ritterbusch,
<br />Amanda W .Lorentzen, Henry J.Lorentzen and Jaoob J.Lorentzen, daughters and sons of said deceas-
<br />ad, share and share alike, subject only to the dower estate therein which passed to the said
<br />Christina Elizabeth Lorentzen, surviving widow of said deceased, and the same is so awarded to
<br />them as of the date of the death of said Jacob J.Lorentzen, deceased; that Jacob J.Lorentzen,
<br />the petitioner is a qualified person to prosecute this proceeding; that said deceased left no
<br />debts and that his funeral expenses have been fully paid, and that all debts of said deceased,
<br />if any such existed, are forever barred and precluded, and further administration of the estate '!;
<br />of the said Jacob J.Lorentzen, deceased, is hereby dispensed with, and said estate is forever
<br />settled and closed.
