IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) ) OF ) EFCRPR. k MAMLIFF P.GRAHAM,DECFASED ) - Now on this 30th,day of Tanuary.1922. this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Emma T.Gra.ham,the mother of Madeline P.Graham,deceased,praying fo> a settlement of the estate of said deceased and a determination of her heirs and the right of descent of her property and the degree of kinship of said heirs at law.und it appearing from t1je proof on file herein that due and legal notice by publication -for Three. (3) successive weeks as by law a.nd the order of this Courtirequired,had been given to all creditors,hei rs at law.and p�r- sons interested in said estate,of the filing of said petition.and of the time and place for he4r- i.ng the same,whi.ch time was more then Thirty (30) days and less th4n Sixty _ (60) days after the'c filing of said petition.and there being no objections made thereto the said cause was duly subs mitted to the Court upon the petition and the evidence of the petitioner in support thereof,and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that the allegations of said petition are true;.that said Y"deline P. Gresham; died, intestate, in Grand Island.Nebraska, on the 20th. day of February.1919.und that at the time of her death she was a resident of Hall County,Nebraska; that she died seized of a.n estate of inheritance in real estate:loeated in Hall and Merrick Counties.Nebrasku , as hereinafter sta.ted;that more than Two (2) years have elapsed since her death and that no application has been made for the appointment c S an Administrator of her es- tate;no petition filed therefor,and that no administration has been had of her estate. The Court further finds that said deceased died without issue.being less than Two (2) years old at the time of her death; that her father preceded her in death; and that her mother, this petitioner,Emma T.Csrarun.i.s her sole heir at law. The Court further finds that said deceased died seized of an estate of inheritance consistirrig of an undivided One -half of the remainder of the following described property subject to a y contingent life estate in the petitioner.Emnia T.Graham,to -wit: Lot Two (2) in Block Twenty -fouz (24) in Russel 'Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island;Lot One (1) in Block Thirteen (1�) t in Bogg's & Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island,and Lot Nine (9) in Block Twenty -two (22) in Packer & Burr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island.as the same is surveyed, 3 platted and recorded, all being in Hall County. Nebraska; also the South Half of the South East Quarter (Si SET) of Section Thirty (30) in Township Twelve (12 ), Range Eight (8 ), and the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter (NWT- SW�) and the South West Quarter of the North West r Quarter (SWI NWi) and Ten (10) acres along the South side of the North West Quarter of the North Vest Quarter (NW4 IM-) of Section Thirty -one (31) in Township Twelve (12),Range Eight (8),and an undivided Two- thirds interest in the North Thirty (30) acres of the North West y Quarter of the North Rest Quarter (NW4'NWi) in Section Thirty -one (31),Township Twelve (12), Range Eight (8),Merri.ck County.Nebraska,accordi.ng to the Government survey thereof ;that upon h, r death the interest of the deceased in the foregoing described property did descend by operation J of law to Emma, T.Graham, the mother of said deceased. a k The Court further finds that all funeral expenses of said deceased have been paid and that all debts of said deceased and of her estate,if any exist,are forever barred and precluded and that the costs of these proceedings have been fully paid.
