Preston, f ormerly Parthene L. Groves. Ad,- ministratrix of the estat <br />of Oliver F. Groves, deceased to reopen estate and to file herein a supplemental inventory to <br />include certwi.n real estate owned by said deceased at the time of his death which through mis- <br />take of said xdministratrix was not included in the original inventory and therefore not includoi <br />I <br />in the final decree entered and recorded in this Court on the 27th day of October,1902,a.nd pe- <br />titioner prays tilt said administration be completed to include said real estate hereinafter <br />described and decree entered passing same under the provision- of the law of descent of real es <br />tate in 'the State of Nebraska, and said cause came on further to be heard upon said -petition and <br />the evidence in sup�)ort thereof and was submitted to the Court,and the Court being fully a.dvise4 <br />in the premises finds that said Oliver F. Groves died seized of Lot Six (6) in Block Ten (10 ) <br />of Bonnie Brae Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska and that 'through the mistake and oversitht of <br />said Administratrix the same was not included in the Original inventory and decree filed and <br />entered herein and that the prayer of the petitioner should be allowed and said estate re- opened <br />for the purpose of completing administration thereof as provided by law. <br />It is therefore ORDFRED, ADTUDGED AND DFCRFFD BY THE COURT that said Parthene L. Pres ton be <br />and she hereby is allowed to file said emended and supplemental inventory. <br />J <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED BY TIC COURT that said Oliver F.,.Troves died seized of said Lot Six <br />in Mock Ten in Bonnie Brave Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska which was by mistake omitted in <br />the former proceedings to probate his estate and that said real estate passed and descended und r <br />1P <br />the law of the State of Nebraska,as at that gime in force and effect to Otis AGroves,his son,sub <br />k <br />,ject to the dower interest of the said Parthene L.Groves,the widow, the rein. <br />The Court Finds that the said Oliver F.Groves departed this life on the 15th day of August, <br />1900,t1�at he died intesta.te,and that he left surviving; him as his heirs at law and his only j <br />!, heirs at law Otis Otto Groves, his son, and Parltherie L- Groves his widow, and that said Otis Otto � <br />
