The Court finds that the said Johann Felske died seized in fee of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.to -wit: i i i The South -west Quarter of the North-west Quarter and the West half of the South -west Quarter in Section Seven (7) in Township Eleven (11) Range Ten (10 ), and that under the terms and pro- visions of the last Will and Testament of the said Johann Felske.all of the right, title and interest of the testator did pass and descend at his death to his widow Henrietta Felske.for her use and benefit during the term of her natural life and that at her death said real estatei did puss and descend under the provisions of said last will and testament in the manner followino To Carl Felske.Wilhelm Felske and Effu Felske,children of the testator.un undivided one -third part thereof and to Fred Felske,Albert Felske.Heinrich Felske,Annie Felske and August Felske, his children.a.n undivided two - thirds part of said real estate.
