The Court finds that under the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said LeRoy C.Brown all of the right, title and interest of the testator in and to all of the above mentioned s and described real estate did pass to and become the property of Angie R.Brown,his widow,to be hers absolutely forever. It is therefore considered,aadjudged and decreed that all of the right,title and interest of LeRoy C.Brown in and to all of the real estate described above did pass and descend at his death,under the terms and provisions of his last will and testament to Angie R.Prown,his widow in absolute title and the Court awards it to her.
