<br />Know al 1 men by these 'â–ºresents, that I Leroy C. Brown of the city of Grand Isian.d, in the County
<br />of Hall,and State of Nebraska,considering the uncertainty of this life,and being of sound mind 4nd
<br />memorytido make,declare and publish this my last will and testaaient. First, After the payment of my,
<br />,just debts and funeral expenses I give,and bequeath to my son Leroy C.M. the sum of Fifty (50)
<br />Dollars.
<br />Sec ond, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest of my property both real and personal, of what-
<br />soever kind and nature and wheresoever situated, to my beloved wife Angie R. the same to be her' s

<br />Third, I do hereby norriinate,c onstitute and appoint my wife Angie R. sole executrix (without bond)
