<br />Deceased. ) Now on this 17th day- of -- December }_1921, Vhis „cause came on to
<br />be heard upon tlee final report of John Derganz, Thomas Bradstreet, and G. C. Raven, executors of said'
<br />estute,and upon their petition for a final settlement thereof,and it appearing to the court front
<br />the'proof on file herein that due and leg "i notice by publication.as by law and the order of
<br />this court required,ha.s been given to all persons interested _in said estate of the filing of said
<br />report,a.nd the time and place for hearing thereon,and said time having expired there being no
<br />objections to said report,and the court,upon examination thereof,a.nd the hearing of the evidenc4
<br />in the support of same,finds that said report is in all respects correct and should be,a.nd hereby
<br />is.allowed and approved as the final report of said executors.
<br />The court further finds from the proof on File herein that due and legal notice by publicatiron,
<br />as by law and t "lle order of this court required,has been heretofore given to all persons having
<br />claims agLti.nst said estate of the time within and place where said claim should be filed,and that
<br />said time has fully expired,and that the claims of the Eclipse Paint & Manufacturing 8ompany
<br />for w88.20,a.nd of the North & Robinson Comoany.for $1366.44,a.nd of the North & Robinson Coml -arw,,
<br />for $220.00,fi:ied against said estate were objected to and the allowance thereof opposed by said
<br />execut ors ,and that �eZAring upon said c i"ims and the objections thereto was had in this court
<br />on October 26,1921,and upon said hearing said above described claims were all disallowed and an
<br />order and finding entered herein, that said claims so filed were not valid or legal claims against
<br />said estate and same were duly disallowed. from which order and judgment no appeal has been taken
<br />by said creditors and the time for such appeal has long since expired.
<br />The court further finds that all other claims filed against $aid estate allowed by this court
<br />have been fully paid together with the cost of administra.tion,and that all unfiled claims against
<br />sui.d estate.if any exist.are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The court further finds that said William C.Robinson died testate while a resident of Hall
<br />County,Nebraska, on November 5, 1918, leaving a last will and testament which will was, on November
<br />i
<br />19,1918 duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate as tie last will of s"i d deceased; that unde
<br />the terms of said will all of the estate of said decedent,after the payment of his debts and costs
<br />of administra.tion.wus bequeathed and devised to Susie 1A.Robi neon. his surviving widow. That said
<br />deceased died seized of the following described real estate situate- in hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to -wit:
