<br />Last Will and Testament of Annette C.Himebaugh.
<br />I,Annette C.Iiimebaugh, of the City of Omaha,County of Douglas and State of Nebraska,being of
<br />sound and disposing mind and memory,do make and publish this my last will and testament,hereby
<br />concels ling and revoking any and all wills which I have heretofore made,in the manner and form
<br />followi.ng,to -wit:
<br />First: I direct that all of my dust debts and funeral expenses be paid.
<br />Second. I give and bequeath to my beloved sister,Carrie Coomes,now residing at Wood River,Nel
<br />raska,an amount of stock in the Union Stock Yards Company of Omaha,Limited, of the par value of
<br />Five Thousand Dollars 05,000.00).
<br />Third. I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter,Grace H.Guiou, if she survive me,all the re
<br />mainder of my estate,both real and personal,for her sole use and benefit,to her and her heirs
<br />forever.

<br />Fourth. In the event that my da.ughter,Grace H.Guiou do not survive me, or in case she and I G
<br />perish in a c omrron disaster, then it is my will that the rest and remainder of my estate, after the
<br />provisions made in the first and second paragraphs of this will shall be disposed of as followst
<br />1. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.) to the Rev. Charles W. Savidge of Omaha, to be used
<br />by him in the maintenance of the House of Hope, in such manner as to the details of its use and
<br />the persons to be benefi.tted thereby as in his judgment and discretion he may decide. 2.The sum;
<br />of Five Thousand Dollars to the Woman's Christian Association of Omaha,to be used in the mai.ntei-
<br />ance of the Oid Peoples' Home. 3• The rest and residue of my estate, of every kind and nature, to
<br />W said sister, Carrie Co ernes, if she survive me, for her own use absolutely, to her and her heirs
<br />forever.
<br />Fifth. If neither my daughter,Grace H.Guiou,nor my sister,Carrie Coomes,survive me,then it i
<br />my will that all of my estate,after the payment of my iust debtsand funeral expenses,shall be
<br />divided into two equal parts and that one of the said parts shall be given to the Rev.Ch&.rles
<br />W.Savidge,i.n trust,to be by him expended in the maintenance of the House of Hope,in the manner
<br />set forth in paragr"ph four,and the other of the said parts shall be given to the Woman's
<br />Christian Association of Oj.,iaha,in trust, to be by it expended in the maintenance of the Old

<br />Peoples' Home.
<br />Sixth. I hereby appoint uy said daughter,Tra.ce H.Guiou,as executrix of this my last will andi',
<br />testament,and I desire that she be authorized to serve as such without giving bond,and I hereby',
<br />authorize her to sell and assigns any and all securities and any and all personal property,and
<br />to sell and convey any and all real estate which I may own at the time of my decease, or in whi.b.h
<br />I may have any interest.
