<br />said last will and testament, devised to said Executrix named in said will, and upon her declinatijon,

<br />Cole,Administra.tor with the will annexed,had full power to sell and convey said real estate as

<br />and that all of said acts of said Administrator with the will annexed are hereby affirmed and
<br />confirmed and that he has made full Lind compleate distribution of all of said estate coming
