The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament of the said David MoGraham" all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the testator to Emma T.;;raham,hi s widow, for her use and benefit during the term of her natural life or so long as she retrains his widow.and that upon ha�death or re- marriage the remainder in said real estate passes to and vests in Marion T.Graham and Madeline P.Graham.his children,in equal shares as tenants in common.
