FINXLDECREE. 4 Now on this 31st day of October,1921,,this cause came on for heaxing upon the final report of Delia Elizabeth Minor, Admini, s t rat rix of the estate of Alv4 B-Minor.de- ceased,it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof now on file that notice was givem, to all persons interested of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for finaL settlement of said estate by publication of such notice in THE GRAND ISLAND I1q3VPHXDFXTa legal newspaper published in Hall County, Nebraska. On examination of said report the Court finds that the said Della Elizabeth Minor has accounted for all the estate of said deceased which came into her possession or under her control and that' there is now no money or other personal property in her hands belonging to said estate;thAt she has received from all sources the sum of $830-00 and has paid out in settlement of debts,expenses of last sickness,funeral expenses, and expenses of administration the sum of $4024.80; that the amount expended by her exceeds the amount received by $3194.80 and that she makes no claim agaikist the estate for the balance shown to be due her and that her report is correct in all respects and ought to Ve allowed. It is therefore considered and adjudged that the report of the administr&trix of the estate of Alva B.Minor.deceased be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account% The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors in the manner provided by law of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estat&,that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied,and that all claims outstanding against said deceased.not so filed,if and such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore considered and adjudged that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Alva B-Minor.deceased. The Court finds that the said Alva B.Minor departed this life on the 14th day of Murch,1918, that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died intestate leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law the following named persons:,� Della.
