On consideration of the files and the evidence the court finds that the report of the said executrix is correct in all respects and ought to be approved; that said executrix has paid the specific legacy of ,$5000.00 to Frederick Hedde of Berlin,and the specific legacy of $5000.00 to Johannes Hedde of Rodelheim,Germanyyy.nephews of the testator.as shown by the receipts of saic legatees now on file, that she "us paid the inheritance tax assessed against said estate, the expense of the last sickness of the deceased the funeral expenses and the costs of administra- tion and that all the remainder of the personal property as well as all real estate belonging to the deceased passed under the terms of the last will and testament to the said Louise Hedde as residuary legatee. It is therefore considered,adjudged and decreed that the report of Louise Hedde executrix of the last will and testament of Frederick August Peter Hedde.deeeased.be and the same is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust and her bond is released. The Court finds that all creditors of the said Frederick August Peter Hedde, deceased, we re notified in the manner provided by law of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the *state of said deceased;tha.t the time limited for filing claims has long since expired and gnat all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and t satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased and not so filed within the time allowed for filing claims,if any such exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded. The Court finds that the said Frederick August Peter Hedde died at his residence in Grand Island.Hall County.Nebraska on the 5th day of March,1908,and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on the 4th day of April.1908,a.nd recorded in this office. The Court further finds that the said Frederick August Peter Hedde died seized in fee of t following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: Lot Number One (1) in Block Number 65 in the Original Town now City of Grand Island; All of Block Numbered 31 in Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island.and Lots Numbered 3.4,and 5 in Block Numbered 18 in Wallich's Addition to the City- of Grand Island,and the Court' F finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament all of the E iI above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Fred- i Brick August Peter Hedde to Louise Hedde his widow,in absolute title,subject only to the $5000.00 bequests to Frederick Hedde and Johannes Hedde,which.bequests the Court finds were i duly paid. i IT IS TI -MR--TORE CONSI1HRRD ADJUDGED AND IRCREED.by the Court that all of the right,title an4 interest of Frederick August Peter Hedde,deceased in and to Lot One (1) in Block 65 in the Original Town now City of Grand Island, in Block 31 in Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island and in Lots 3.4,4nd 5 in Block 18 in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island,all R e i'n Hall County.Nebraska did pass and descend at his death,under the terms and provisions of hied last will and testament to Louise Hedde,his widow,in absolute title and the Court awards it ks to her. ed IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERF,D,^ tD DECRXED,that all persons are forever barred. precluded and concluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Frederick August Peter Hedde,deceased and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
