No. 3, HALL COUNTY <br />2572 —Hupp Punting Co., Omaha <br />September 1$,1921.and no one having; appeared to object to or protest against the allowance of <br />r <br />said report. <br />On consideration of the files and the evidence the court finds that the report of the said <br />executrix is correct in all respects and ought to be approved; that said executrix has paid the <br />specific legacy of ,$5000.00 to Frederick Hedde of Berlin,and the specific legacy of $5000.00 <br />to Johannes Hedde of Rodelheim,Germanyyy.nephews of the testator.as shown by the receipts of saic <br />legatees now on file, that she "us paid the inheritance tax assessed against said estate, the <br />expense of the last sickness of the deceased the funeral expenses and the costs of administra- <br />tion and that all the remainder of the personal property as well as all real estate belonging <br />to the deceased passed under the terms of the last will and testament to the said Louise Hedde <br />as residuary legatee. <br />It is therefore considered,adjudged and decreed that the report of Louise Hedde executrix <br />of the last will and testament of Frederick August Peter Hedde.deeeased.be and the same is <br />approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust and her <br />bond is released. <br />The Court finds that all creditors of the said Frederick August Peter Hedde, deceased, we re <br />notified in the manner provided by law of the time allowed and place appointed for filing <br />claims against the *state of said deceased;tha.t the time limited for filing claims has long <br />since expired and gnat all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and <br />t <br />satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased and not so filed within the <br />time allowed for filing claims,if any such exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />The Court finds that the said Frederick August Peter Hedde died at his residence in Grand <br />Island.Hall County.Nebraska on the 5th day of March,1908,and that he left a last will and <br />testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on <br />the 4th day of April.1908,a.nd recorded in this office. <br />The Court further finds that the said Frederick August Peter Hedde died seized in fee of t <br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Number One (1) in Block Number 65 in the Original Town now City of Grand Island; <br />All of Block Numbered 31 in Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island.and Lots Numbered <br />3.4,and 5 in Block Numbered 18 in Wallich's Addition to the City- of Grand Island,and the Court' <br />F <br />finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament all of the E <br />iI <br />above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Fred- i <br />Brick August Peter Hedde to Louise Hedde his widow,in absolute title,subject only to the <br />$5000.00 bequests to Frederick Hedde and Johannes Hedde,which.bequests the Court finds were <br />i <br />duly paid. <br />i <br />IT IS TI -MR--TORE CONSI1HRRD ADJUDGED AND IRCREED.by the Court that all of the right,title an4 <br />interest of Frederick August Peter Hedde,deceased in and to Lot One (1) in Block 65 in the <br />Original Town now City of Grand Island, in Block 31 in Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island and in Lots 3.4,4nd 5 in Block 18 in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island,all R <br />e <br />i'n Hall County.Nebraska did pass and descend at his death,under the terms and provisions of hied <br />last will and testament to Louise Hedde,his widow,in absolute title and the Court awards it ks <br />to her. <br />ed <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERF,D,^ tD DECRXED,that all persons are forever barred. precluded and <br />concluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Frederick <br />August Peter Hedde,deceased and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />J.
