M <br />FINAL rECRFF <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER 024 THE ESTATE <br />) 1 <br />OF ) FINAL .TECRE;E. <br />E ) Now on this 14th da of Februarys 1921 this cause came on for <br />ADA BITCK017 A.._,CRASED. . y <br />hearing upon the final re��ort of William Buckow,Administrator of the estate of Ada Buckow.de- <br />ceased,it satisfactorily appearing to the Court that notice of the filing of said reportt, and <br />of the time and plaice appointed for final settlement of said estate has been given to all per -', <br />sons as required by lqw by publication of such notice in the Grand Island Independent one week <br />prior to the 14th clay of February, 1921,eas required by order of Court dated February 1, 1921, ande <br />there being no objection or protest on file. <br />-In examination of the re-port and the files in this matter.the Court finds that said Admin- <br />istrator has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came into his possession <br />and that there remains no money or other -)ersonal property in his hands for distribution; that <br />he has paid the expenses of the last sickness.the court costs and attorney fees and that his <br />report is ccrrect in all respects and ought to be allowed. <br />The Court finds that notice has been given as required by law to all creditors as to the <br />time allowed Lind place appointed for filing claims against said estate;that the time so allowed <br />for filing; claims against said estate has fully expired and that all claims outstanding aga.insi <br />said deceased.if any such theree be,aretherefore forever <br />barred <br />and <br />excluded. <br />The Court finds that the said Ads: Buckow departed this <br />life <br />on <br />the 20th day of July, 1920. <br />that she was at the time of her death e, resident of Hall County. Nebraska and that she died <br />intestate. <br />The Court Further Finds that the said Ada Buckow left surviving her as her heirs at law, <br />and her only 1zei rs at law.the following named persons:William Buckow her husband.Albert Buckoww <br />Charles Buckow,her sons and :Elise Buckow her daughter. <br />The Court Further Finds that the said Ada Buckow died seized in fee of the following des- <br />cribed real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.to -wit: Lot Ten (10). <br />in Block Fourteen (14) in Russel Wheeler Addition to the CJty of Grand Island and an undivided? <br />one triird interest in Block Seventy Two (72) of Wheeler & Bennett's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island. <br />The Court Finds that under the law of descent of real estate in the State of Nebraska all of <br />the right, title and interest of tha se-id Ada. Buckow in and to all of the above mentioned and <br />described r3a.l estate did pass :and descend at her death, intestate, to the above named heirs <br />at -law in the manner following: To William Buckow,her husband, one third part thereof in fee. <br />to Albert Buckow, two ninths part thereof.t,, Charles Buckow,twro ninths part thereof and to <br />Elise Buckow two ninths part thereof the said Albert Buckow,Charles Buckow and Elise Buckow taking <br />subject to the homestead interest of said William Buckow in and to said real estate. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDFREn by the court that the report of the Administrator William Bucko* <br />bP. --; ;)roved and allowed as and for his final report and he is discharged of his trust. <br />IT I" FJJRT?HR CONSIDERED by the Court that all persons are forever barred and precluded fr= <br />filing or setting UT) any claim or demands ainst the estate of Ada Buckow, deceased. <br />IT IS FT1RT -TT'R CONSID ±R 'n, AA.TIiI7G 'n.
