Nebraska '•, and Fractional Lots One and Two (1 & 2) in Block Fourteen (14) of Evans Addition to the City of Grand Isl"nd.Hall County, Nebraska. That by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said Mary Iiantz,Deceased. the said above described real estate did pass and descend, on the death of the said Mary Hantz,De- ceased,to her son.Joseph L.Hwntz.
