<br />Third. I desire that if my said husband Frank X.hantz should die in my life time,that alp the
<br />property , owned by rap at my death shall be distributed :after the payment of thz debts and charges
<br />above named,as follows towit:-

<br />siekness,the expenses of adminis-
<br />tering my estate and all my debts be paid
<br />out of my personal
<br />- roperty. If that be insufficient, j

<br />my real estate as may be necessary

<br />before irV decease) all of the balance of my property owned by me at my death.
<br />In case my son Joseph L.Hantz shall die in my life time,leaving isf3u° or deUerdants,I direct i
<br />that hisshare shall not lapse,but shall be paid to such descendants in equal proportions.
<br />Fourth,I appoint my beloved husand Frank X.Ha.ntz Executor of this my last will and testament,and �
<br />in case of his death in my life time or should he fail or refuse to act then I appoint my be-
<br />loved son Joseph L..H"ntz executor in his stea.d,of this my last will and testament,he.reby revokin�
