The Court further finds that the said Eli Decker was at the time of his death the owner in fee of the following described real estate situate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: The un- divided one -half part of Lot Nine (9) in block Sixteen (16) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island. The undivided one -half part of Lot Four (4) in Block Twenty -six (26) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island. Also the following described land in Cheyenne County,Nebraska,to -wit: The North half of Section Nineteen (19) Township Fifteen (15) North,of Range Forty -six (46) West of the 6 P.M. The South -east Quarter of Section Twenty -two (22) Township Fifteen (15) North,Range Forty -rime R (49) West of the 6 P.M. F The Court further finds that under the provisions of the last will of the said Eli Decker,, Deceased all of the real estate above described did pass to Ida li. Sherich.
