D. 1921. <br />present J. H. Mullin, County Judge <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF <br />Eli Decker, deceased. <br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby <br />certify that on the 2nd day of M y,1921, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testal- <br />ment of Eli Decker,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 2nd day of May,192, <br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as t <br />last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Eli Decker, deceased, and the same <br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS 171]ERFOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />2nd day of gay ,1921. <br />( SEAL) J. Mul lin <br />County Judge. <br />In the County Court of Hall County Nebraska. <br />P <br />In the Matter of the Estate of ) } <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />Eli Decker, Deceased. } <br />Now on this 3rd day of October 1921 this cause came on for <br />hearing and it appe"ring to the Court that Ida B. Sherich the sole legatee and only heir at law <br />had filed a written request for a waiver of the final report and notice therein and it appearing <br />that the said Ida .►3. Sherich had filed receipted bills for all claims paid by her as Executrix <br />so that any inheritance tax due from said estate could be accurately figured, it i s, therefore, <br />ORDER ?D, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the final report of the Executrix, Ida i�. Sherich be and the <br />same is hereby waived. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner <br />provided -by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of the sai4 <br />y <br />deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that no claims have been filed <br />against said estate;that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of administering skid <br />estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against said estate not filed,if <br />any such there be,areforever barred and excluded. <br />It is, there fore. ORDERFD,ADJUDGFD AND DFCRFED by the Court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up arty claims or demands whatsoever against the estate of the said Eli <br />Decker,Deceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that the said Executrix is the sole legatee named in the will of the <br />said Eli Decker,Deceased and that she is his only heir at law. <br />It is,therefore,flREFRriD,ADJUDGED ANn 7SW <br />CRIFD that the said Executrix make no further account ing <br />to this Court and that she assign as Executrix to herself individually such securities as she <br />may have on hand belonging to said estate. <br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due to the United States and that <br />the inheritance tax due to the State of Nebraska has been paid in full and receipt therefore <br />"s <br />filed of record in this case. <br />k <br />The Court further finds that Eli Decker departed this life on the 28th day of April, 1921, <br />a resident of Hall County,Nebraska leaving a last will which will has been duly admitted to <br />probate in this Court,and that he left surviving him as his sole legatee and only heir at law <br />
