<br />I,Eli Decker,residing in Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and memory,but mindful of
<br />the uncertainty of this life,do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament,that io
<br />to say: I
<br />ITEM FIRST.
<br />It is my will that all my ,just debts, the expense of my last sickness and burial and the ex-
<br />pense of administering my estate be first paid.
<br />Item Second.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto Ida B.Sherich,my only living child.all the property real or
<br />personal, of which I may die seized or p ossessed, of whatever kind and whereever situate, to have
<br />and to hold the same unto her the said Ida B.Sherich,her heirs and assigns in fee simple and
<br />I do further constitute her my sole residuary devisee and legatee.
<br />Item Third.
<br />In the event my said daughter shall die before my death,then and in that event,I give devise
<br />and bequeath unto her children to wit: Walter F.Sherich,Harley Sherich and Vernon Sherich,all t
<br />property real and personal,of which I may die seized or posseesed,of whatever kind and whereier,'`;
<br />situate,to have and to hold the same unto the said Water F. Sherich, Harley Sherich and Vernon I
<br />Sherich, sharp and share alike and should any of them die before I do, leaving a child or childreni
<br />them surviving, then such child or children to take the share their parent would have taken if
<br />living.
<br />Item Fourth.
<br />I do make constitute and appoint my said daughter, Ida B. Sherich,my sole executrix and request)
<br />that she be not required to give any bond as such.
