<br />and she was immediately preceding her death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she

<br />left a Last Will and Testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate
<br />in this Court on the 23rd day of Dec ember,1919, and recorded in this office.
<br />The Court finds that the said Minnie Drews died seized in fee of the following described real'
<br />estate,situated in the County of Hull and State of Nebraska,to- wit :�-
<br />Lots Numbered Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Brett's Addition to the Village of Wood River.the
<br />place of resident and homestead of the deceased.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of said Last Will and Testament all of the right,
<br />title and interest of Minnie Drews,in and to the above described real estate,did pass and des -
<br />cend at her death to August Drews,Henry Drews,Theodore Drews,Laura Drews,and Arnold Drenms,her

<br />children,in equal shares,to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever.

<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the Executor,Arthur C- Mayer,be ands
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of
<br />S
<br />his trust.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Minnie Drews deceased.
<br />It is further eonsidered, ordered and adjudged by the Court that all of the right, ti tle,and

<br />interest of Minnie Drews,in and to Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Brett's Addition to
<br />Wood River,Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the said Minnie Drews,Henry!
<br />Drews,Theodore Drews,Laura Drews and Arnold Drews,her children,share and share alike.
