That on the 23rd day of December 1919,said <br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the <br />last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Minnie Drews. deceased. and the same <br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />23rd day of December 1919. <br />('SEAL) J. Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE j <br />OF ) FINAL IRCRRF. <br />) <br />MINNIF PREWS, rMCFA.7P. } Now on this 23rd day of April,1921, this cause came on to be he <br />upon the final report of Arthur C.Mayer,Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Minnie Drews, <br />deceased,and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice by publication has been <br />given to all persons interested in the manner provided by law of the filing of said report and <br />of the time and place appointed for .fi.nal settlement of said estate. <br />On examination of said report the Court finds that said Executor has accounted for all of the <br />estate of said decease hich came into <br />his <br />possession or under his control and that there remains <br />no money or other personal property in <br />his <br />possession for distribution; that he has received from <br />all sources 41111.59,and that he has paid <br />out for expenses of administration,funeral expenses <br />and debts,the sum of $1111.59;that the <br />personal property belonging to said estate was insufficient <br />to past the debts fj1hed and allowed against <br />said estate and that the money available for the pay- <br />ment of debts has becAd.istributed among <br />the <br />creditors praying to each a pro rate. share of the cash <br />for distribution;that the report of said <br />executor is correct in every respect and ought to be <br />allowed. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to creditors in the manner provided by law of the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,by publication <br />of such notice for four consecutive weeks in the WOOD RIVER SUNBF,AM,and that the time so allowed <br />for filing claims has fully expired;tha,t all claims outstanding against said estate and not <br />so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever cbarred and excluded. <br />The Court finds that the said Minnie Drews departed this life on the 19th day of November,19�9, <br />&J <br />
